The impressive
filly Shelbourne Lass took up her customary role out in front and looked the goods early
but the talented filly Calm Smytzer with a 4 and 1/2 kilo pull in the weights went
straight past her to win by a length. Both fillies obviously have bright futures. The
Hayes trained Perfecta came in third.
