The second race gave
another apprentice Vincent Hall, nephew of Greg Hall , the first leg of a winning double
on the Victorian bred filly Mook San Girl. It had looked as though Titanic Rose may have
the race won but the Mookta filly pounced halfway up the straight as Titanic Rose faded
into third. Princess Taylah came home well for second.
