Another classy contender for the Caulfield Guineas emerged with a dominant
win to Royal Code in this event. He burst to the lead in the straight after ennjoying a
nice run midfield on the fence. Ustinov again ran on well for second and must be a danger
as the distances increase later in the spring. The Octagonal colt Pentathlon battled away
for third.
