This race turned into a family affair with Sally Wynne leading all the way on the three year old Dual Action, trained by her mother Dianne. Sally Wynne controlled the race with a slow early pace then burst clear in the straight to set up a winning break and lasting from the fast finishing Fire Alert. Storm At Midnight held on well for third.
