In a small field the pace was slow with Jiver leading from the outset before being challenged by Aka Bilk. It was a good battle between these two before Jiver drew clear at the 200 to win well. He is a lightly raced 4 year old and the 1200 seems to be his best distance. Aka Bilk was second with Crystal Academy third.
