Greg Childs controlled the speed in this race on the New Zealand filly St. Therese and they looked set for victory until Eddie Cassar on Rose Archway forced his way out of a pocket and quickly reeled in the leader. She went away for a great win with St. Therese holding on to second from the fast finishing Ponton Flyer third.
