In another close
finish it was the weight difference that influenced the outcome with the topweight
Honourable Mention having to carry 8 kilograms more than Runs On Ego as they fought out a
close finish. Honourable Mention had set up a big break and looked set to win but Runs On
Ego chased hard and hauled him in just on the post to win by just a short half head. The
favourite Native Jazz came in third.
