In this event we
saw Jim Cassidy at his best in overcoming a wide barrier and judging the pace perfectly to
record an all the way win on the handy mare Serious Drink. He gave her time to settle and
although out wide, he never panicked as she made her way to the lead. Once in control they
were never headed and recorded an easy win from Kaemess (second) and Wyndam Special
(third).
